Production and Fulfillment Time
All products are produced on demand through Printify. Most orders require 2 to 7 business days before being shipped. Once production begins, an estimated ship‑by date appears in your merchant dashboard. If the item has not shipped within 7 business days, please contact support. Production may be delayed due to provider stock shortages, quality‑control reprints, or large orders of 12 or more items.
Available Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Merchants can enable the following shipping methods depending on product and provider options:

Economy Shipping: US only, tracked delivery in approximately 4 to 8 business days. Bloom and Apple offers free economy shipping.

Standard Shipping: Domestic delivery in 2 to 5 business days, international delivery in 10 to 30 business days, starting at USD 2.99 for the first item.
Shipping Costs and Customer Charges
Shipping cost varies by shipping method, product type, print provider, and shipping destination. When multiple identical items are ordered from the same provider, most qualify for a reduced “additional item” rate. Not all product categories are eligible for reduced rates.
You may choose to either pass shipping cost directly to customers or absorb it into product pricing to offer free shipping.
Order Tracking and Notifications
Once the order has shipped, tracking information is automatically sent through your Shopify store system. Third‑party tracking or shipping apps may display updates differently; check your integration settings accordingly.
International Shipping and Customs
We currently ship only within the US
Address Requirements and Limitations
Express Delivery is not available for PO box destinations. If an Express‑eligible order is shipped to a PO box, the system defaults to Standard shipping. Some countries require full standardized addresses or additional contact information; missing details may result in delays or returns. Notify customers if using PO boxes or special address formats is problematic.
Delays, Lost Packages, and Reshipment
Delays may occur due to provider inventory issues, quality‑control reprints, high‑volume periods, holidays, or orders of 12 or more items. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information, you may offer to reship at the customer’s expense or issue a partial refund, depending on circumstances.
