Returns & Exchanges
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or buyer's remorse. Please ensure all product details are correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they enter production. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order.
Shipping Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship the item at the customer's expense or offer a partial refund.
